New Years resolutions are often easy to make but hard to keep. That’s why I’ve learned to just focus on a few important ones that are realistic enough to stick by.
Since I’m admittedly a Type A personality that’s notorious for my packed-at-all-times schedule, my first resolution is to downgrade to a Type A- or B+ and take on less—while breathing more. I also want to start meditating to clear my mind.
