Secret Of The Universe

Want to know Bobbi’s Secret of the Universe? Tune in to see Bobbi talking about her beloved Corrector & Concealer during a Macy’s commercial airing on cable networks this week.

For step-by-step instructions on Corrector & Concealer, check out Bobbi’s foolproof guide below.

1.  Choose your color based on your skin tone.  If your skin is pale, choose the lightest colors, beginning with bisque or light pink.  For deeper skin tones, choose peach or darker peach.

2.  Apply corrector using a small concealer brush and starting at the inner eye.

3.  Apply corrector to all areas of darkness including the upper inner eye, but do not go on to the eyelid or it will make your eye shadow crease.

4.  Gently press the corrector into the skin with your fingers.

5.  Apply concealer generously under the eyes starting at the recessed area at the innermost corner of each eye.

6.  Cover the entire area below the lower lash line to cover any darkness or redness.

7.  To blend the concealer, gently warm it between your fingers and then press it into the skin.

8.  Set the concealer in place with a sheer loose powder.

I don’t have a problem with concealers, what I would like is something to help with under eye puffiness. Nothing seems to work!

Inspired by my Bobbi Brown Beauty Rules book, I have started my own blog about teen beauty especially aimed at teenagers like me! The feedback I have had has been amazing so far, with people actually coming up to me to say they have now started a skincare routine! Please follow my progress on my blog – I use a lot of Bobbi Brown makeup products and will be recommending them in my posts. x oliviasteenbeautyblog.wordpress.com

Hi- Bobbi recommends choosing a Concealer that is a shade lighter than your foundation. For your olive skin tone try Warm Beige or Natural Creamy Concealer Kit. Find here: http://bit.ly/BBCONKIT.

Does BB do a deal similar to MAC, where if you bring back five empties you get a free lipstick? I have soo many empty bottles at home and would love to exchange them for a gloss or shadow or something? BB have great customer service, but this would make them the best! xx

I too hope you will consider offering a program for recycling your containers. I just re-ordered concealer and you have beautiful little black containers with mirrors that I don’t know how to recycle now. And I had the little “throwaway” black plastic squares that are leftover when you add eyeshadow squares to the special compact. It would be amazing if you could offer a program of some kind, even partner with someone somehow, I think you would do a great deal of good and keep the customers wanting to return to the product. I am in New York and am hoping the city’s new recycling program they announced today will accept these. Thanks very much.

Just wanted to say that your products are out of this world. I simply love them. I recently went to Macy’s in Aventura, Fl and your team there are simply fabulous!!! I’m stepping out into Makeup artistry and i want to start with the best products and ideas. Cal the manager there is one of the most down to earth and helpful person i have ever met. You got a great team here believe me. He represents your makeup line to the tee. I made an appt for a makeup lession and learned so much. Amazing!!!! I love the brushes and the eye gel liner. My only regret is what took me so long to find your make up? Thank you for educating us on how a woman should look. we should look like ourselves and not made up. You are a true inspiration.

I have rosacea, mostly redness on my cheeks with no bumps, and I wanted to know what is the best way to cover this up without looking like I have a lot of makeup on? I normally don’t wear makeup but I feel like I need to start covering up the redness and even out my skin as I get older.

The one-two punch of corrector and creamy concealer kit is the perfect remedy for dark under eye circles. I bought the warm natural kit recently and was extremely pleased with the results. The shimmer brick (nectar for me) is the great way to add extra light to the face especially on days when you’re low on energy.

Bobbi, this is truely the secret to a beautiful flawless face.A little bit goes a long way and starting with the lightest pink concealer looks so much better and natural then the fair/thick heavy concealer that most of us were used to dealing with ,that was until yours came along. Now we’re prettier and happier because of your great natural approach to a beautiful face even if you’re in your 50′s.Thanks Bobbi

I love, love, love the results with your corrector and concealer. I travel alot and would love, love, love a short handled brush set for application. Preferably one that fits inside a small case with your other shorter brushes.
