From ones in peony pink, chocolate brown and French blue, I have more pashminas and scarves than I can count—they’re my year-round accessory. So you can imagine how excited I was when designer Ross Menuez was inspired to create the ultimate statement scarf, “Lip Service,” featuring the iconic image of my first 10 lip shades as captured by Henry Leutwyler, one of my favorite photographers.

Menuez is one to watch: he’s a creative mastermind who began his career silk-screening offbeat t-shirts out of his basement and has now opened an amazing avant-garde retail store, Salvor Projects, on the lower east side (if you’re in the area – it’s a must see). For “Lip Service,” he used this really cool chroma dye process to yield its vibrant magenta and purple colors. Love. - BB

How can we order one of these? I know it’s in-store only, but is there a chance it will go online?

Really love this. I would frame it and hang it over my bed. Not sure if my husband is into magenta but, I think he could get used to it. Unfortunately I’m in the midwest with no Barney’s… sad.
