I have a full house at home. Between my husband, my son Duke, my nephew Tyler, my assistant Ravan, and two foreign exchange students we affectionately call the “Euro-boys,” it can be really difficult to plan something as simple as dinner.
One of my fail-safe recipes that always goes over well for both health nuts and teenagers alike is my Turkey Burger. It is so easy and quick to make, not to mention healthy and filling. Try out my recipe below if you’re looking to spruce up your dinner table. - XO, Bobbi
Bobbi’s Turkey Burger
- Buy Ground Turkey and mix into large bowl

- Dice Red Onion, White Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Green Bell Pepper, and Yellow Bell Pepper

- Chop up Baby Spinach in separate small bowl

- Add Onion, Pepper, and Spinach to Ground Turkey and mix

- Create round patties out of Ground Turkey mix

- Add patties to grill and flip once halfway through grilling

- Enjoy!

This idea is great! By the way, do you host exchange students? That’s soooo cute! It’s such a pity I finished my second degree a couple of years ago, but just in case…would you accept a Spanish student doing her doctoral thesis? Hehehehe! ;)

I love that this is such a personal Bobbi post. I love to see you making things at home and get a glimpse into you’re everyday life. It’s great to see a big name woman as an everyday mom.
Please continue to do posts like this! I love it! :)
