Happy Chinese New Year, everyone.  Here’s to good fortune, health and happiness over the next twelve months. This past Sunday marked the beginning of the Year of the Snake.   Snakes come in a varieties of colors and patterns- maybe that’s why people born in the Snake year love to appreciate beauty?

I’ll be toasting the New Year with my favorite drink from the East: tea.  I can’t get enough of it, especially green tea.

From powdered Japanese matcha to gorgeous flowering teas from China, it gives me energy and makes me feel relaxed at the same time. Pretty amazing.
