Holiday Hangover

I love the holidays. What I don’t love if feeling burned out by New Years. Between parties and family get-togethers, it can start to feel like vodka and chocolate are their own food group. So, rather than indulge all through December, I find a little moderation keeps my energy levels up so I can ring in 2014 feeling as sparkly as the L’Wren Scott sequin cardigan I plan to wear. Here is my list of favorites things to cure your holiday hangover. (And don’t worry, January is the perfect month to press the reset button- I plan on hitting it hard).
