For many people the new year means a new menu. One thing on my list of 2014 good-for-you-foods is a favorite that’s been there before: KIND bars. You’ll always find one in my bag—they’re great for in-between meals or a healthy option when I’m on the go.
When we were putting together our New Year, New You Twitter chat series, I knew I wanted the KIND perspective on nutrition. Their recipe for healthy eating is one I can get behind: simple, natural ingredients with names you not only can recognize but pronounce. That’s how I try to eat all year round.
Want to get in on the KIND conversation? Follow us at @BobbiBrown and stop by our #NewYearNewYou Twitter Chat this Friday, January 17 at 12 Noon EST to chat with KIND about tips for eating smart. Stick around till the end of the chat for a chance to win KIND Healthy Grain Bars and my new Nude Glow Collection—a great way to get a healthy glow to match all those new healthy choices you’ll be making.
XO,
Bobbi

i love kind snacks….having celiacs disease is not fun and often you cant find something when you travel. I found these in the Cleveland airport and they are my favorite. You can break one up and put it in your gluten free oatmeal in the morning too.
