Make a Wish

Make a Wish

So, it’s my birthday. I love birthdays—good friends, delicious food and wish-making. What could be better? Usually, I keep my birthday wish to myself, but this year I want to share it with all of you.

As you may know, our Pretty Powerful Campaign for Women & Girls—an ongoing philanthropic project here at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics—is supporting a wonderful cause this year, Girl Rising. I’ve talked about my enthusiasm for Girl Rising on this blog before, but I want to reiterate how close this cause is to my heart. Everyday, girls struggle to get the education they need to take on the world. It’s critical that we do what we can to improve access to education. There are three easy and super impactful things you can do to make a difference today:

Make a Wish

3 Ways to Give Back

1. See the movie. Really. It’s fantastic and inspiring.

2. Host a screening. If you’ve seen the movie, then you’ll want to share it with as many people as you can. Why not make an event out of it?

3. Buy Pretty Powerful Mascara. If you’re like me, you’re always replacing your mascara, anyway—make it count for something this time.

Take action, and thank you in advance for helping me give something back on my birthday.

XO,

Bobbi

  2. Dear Bobbi,

First of all a Happy Birth day for you! I’m a fashion blogger and i wrote about Girl Rising before to increase awareness that Bobbi Brown Cosmetics is not just good in creating and producing beauty products but is also active in philanthropic deeds. I was also moved by your advocates in helping these girls in achieving their dreams and have that right to education. Hope that more blessings for you and your family and staff. Thank you for the educating us always. God bless.
