- The Bobbi Brown Denim & Rose Compact Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to the first 100 people who subscribe to www.everythingbobbi.com beginning October 14th at 3pm EST and who are legal residents of the United States and are age 18 or older at the time of their subscription. Employees (and their immediate families) of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, its affiliates, subsidiaries and/or agencies (the “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or receive this giveaway.
- The Giveaway commences October 14th, 2011 and concludes November 14th, 2011, or once 100 eligible subscribers have been confirmed, whichever is sooner.
- The Giveaway is a Bobbi Brown Cosmetics Denim & Rose Compact and is not transferable or exchangeable and is intended for the use of the winner. A substitute prize may be provided at the sole discretion of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics
- Limit one Giveaway per household.
- The first 100 eligible subscribers will be contacted at the email address they have provided with their subscription to confirm they are eligible to receive offer and to arrange for shipment of the Giveaway. Please allow for 2-3 weeks from receipt of confirmation email for receipt of Giveaway.
- No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected subscriptions, and as such will be deemed invalid.
- Any cost associated with accessing the website is the responsibility of the person who is posting a comment and is dependent on the internet service provider used. All subscriptions are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the application and not at the time of transmission.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants release, discharge, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the promotion entities and each of their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this sampling offer and the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any sample hereunder. The promotion entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; communications line failure; theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to sampling offer entries or entry forms; or alteration of entries or entry forms. The promotion entities are not responsible for any problems with or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, human errors of any kind, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other persons’ computers related to or resulting from participation, uploading or downloading of any materials related to this sampling offer.
- If the Giveaway is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promotion entities, the promotion entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any registrant; (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate; or (c) to substitute the product with another product.
- Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promotion Entities’ discretion. Failure by Promotion Entities to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Personal information will be collected to administer and fulfill the Giveaway, and will not be used in any other manner. If a registrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the registrant is not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
- Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
