Dinner at Bobbi’s

Ever wonder what it’s like to have dinner with Bobbi? Not only does she care about the makeup that women put on their faces, she cares even more about what women put in their bodies.

Eating nutritious food is a true passion of Bobbi’s and I got to experience the wonders of picking fresh produce from the garden and watching it get whipped into a simple, healthy and delicious meal for the senses!

I travel a lot and find it hard to be consistent with a healthy diet while I’m constantly on the go. Finding the freshest and healthiest options at the grocery store is not my forte, but working with Bobbi has let me discover just how easy it is. Check out my photo story below…

We started with picking fresh herbs and vegetables from Bobbi’s own garden. Tanya- Manager of Artistry Development - and I helped Bobbi collect the fresh ingredients. She had peppers, basil, chives and kale. All of it was ready for harvest.

Next, our crafty chef, Kim Soane—Director of Global Artistry—was trying out a new recipe for turkey meatball soup and whole-wheat pizzas. She sliced and diced while we set the table and broke out the aperitifs. Our choice for a pre-dinner drink? Patron!

What’s a meal without a nice homemade bouquet to decorate the dinner table?

The verdict on dinner? Deee-lish!! It had flavor, it had visual appeal, and it was hard to believe it was a healthy meal. I have a new found love for simple, health-conscious foods!

To top it all off, Bobbi broke out her vast collection of gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream and yogurt for dessert. There were two types of cones: gluten-free and regular chocolate-dipped. I made a beeline for the chocolate-dipped!

The most wonderful part about this evening was being invited and introduced to Bobbi’s life at home. She is a hard-working mom who never stops taking care of her family. Not only did we all indulge in a tasty meal, I also expanded my horizons for healthy eating. Bon appétit!
